PayPal policy changes

So I received an e-mail regarding Paypal policy changes. As the e-mail is in Dutch I'm not going to paste them in here.

Could any of you English speaking lads post the changes in here so we can dissect them together?

If I'm right it involves higher costs for personal (i.e. gift) payments.

Yeah i figured this was coming. I am gonna start doing bank transfers with forum based sales from now on. (where possible). I personally think it's a better way to deal. I hate to think how much i've spent in ebay and Paypal fees over the last year. Probably several hundred.

I haven't received an email yet but if i do i'll post it here.

Ebay are gonna kill themselves off, id rather set up a bank transfer if i trust the buyer, communities like this are becoming stronger sales areas.

Agreed Andy. I will never sell an expensive item on ebay again. I got a £75 bill on my last item (1 item!) and that was before Paypal took a further 40.
I don't think we're the only ones feeling this way either. They're only screwing themselves.
