Paypal negative balance confusion

I'm in the middle of a disupte, and paypal have frozen the dispute amount in my account, so I am in negative balance. This morning I bought something and paid, it said I had to pay the item price plus the negative balance amount, and I thought fair enough. But now I'm trying to buy something else, and it's again trying to charge me the extra money! Surely this shouldn't happen every time I buy something? Why are they trying to take this negative balance multiple times? Bastards.

I had that problem a year or so ago - you just need to give them a call and they will take the flag off your account (I think it can happen overnight as well)

Looking at the email receipts it seems they're not actually charging me the dispute money at all, I guess I'll have to just wait and see what comes out of my account. Bloody eBay/Paypal. :evil:
