got a slightly beat up paploo on a palitoy tri card was gonna open it but noticed it has made in mexico in bottom corner and spanish writing on back .does this effect price .need to know as i am dying to open it

cant sort pics as i am only online with phone and dont know how to do it .
Its say made in mexico on front in bottom right corner .on back it has 2 lots of writing one english and one spanish well i think its spanish lol .i dont think its anything special as i bought it of some one on here cant remember who but i know it was someone who would have known.
