A quick title change to reflect the publishing change.
After a few years of being stuck with ebooks only the serise of books I write are now available on Amazon in paperback form. oK so it is print on demand but overall the quality is good and it is great to finally (after 6 year of working on these) say these are real books

I hope a few of you buy them for your kids (or yourselves, I don't judge) - enjoy

Volume 1 is 5.99 and volumes 2,3 and 4 are 6.99.

Essentially as they are print on demand each book needs to cover it own printing costs (which is all Amazon) and since volume 1 is roughly 100 pages smaller than the subsequent books it gets to be a bit cheaper.

I would love to set them all at 4.99, which is a price I think works for kids books, but sadly I can't do that. That's the power of bulk production for you.

I do agree, it has been nice to have ebooks for a while but actually being able to get a physical copy makes so much difference. My daughter is getting into books a bit now, but for the last year I haven't been able to get her to read one of these on the iPad, but since the first copy of each arrived yesterday she is already onto volume 2 and I suspect will have burned through all four by the end of the bank holiday. Kids want print not digital when it comes to books.

Actually this weeks annual book sales figure bear that out as well with a year on year drop in ebook sales and an overall increase in print sales.

Anyway, overall I'm stoked to finally be able to see this in print form at a reasonable price, now just need to attract some sales and feedback and get the snowball effect going.

Sadly my editor passed away recently so the fifth book is going to be delayed but tragedy aside I hope it is ready by the summer. After that only two more volumes to go untill I'm done. I am hoping to get the final volume out for Christmas 2018 which will be the end of a 7 year journey. As Herculean as Olivia's own journey (see what I did there )

Have just added all 4 into my Amazon basket. Purchased the kindle edtion of the first one back in 2014 but I really cant get on with reading a book on an ipad or tablet. I really am an old schooler when it comes to books. I love them. these will be some good bedtime reading with the kids I think.

Chris, sorry to say you may struggle with these, I know it says children's books but don't think their picture books sadly. You may be better off with 'Run, Spot, Run' to begin with
