Palitoy ROTJ MOCs - which are rarest?

One of the best things I ever did collecting wise was to complete my basic set of 96 figures. No matter how many variants, foreign figures or prototypes I buy now - the buzz is never quite the same. I dont know a great deal about MOCs but they are really appealing to me at the moment and after picking up a few recently I feel like the old collecting vibe has returned

My first memory of Star Wars figures was the Palitoy 65 Back wave in 1983 (i think). The Palitoy Return of The Jedi cardbacks front holds alot of sentimental value for me.

I have a few already but I would really like to try and complete a run of Palitoy ROTJ MOCs. I found a great resource on Palitoy card backs with a matrix of all those that were known or thought to exist - you guy probably know about it well. The guy was John Ford but he hasnt updated it since 2005 so I wondered how up to date it is and how much has changed.

I believe that Leia Organa on ROTJ card and the figures only found on the ROTJ transition cards are hard to find but what others figures are hard to find on Palitoy ROTJ cards?

Also which of the first 67 produced figures are not available on Palitoy ROTJ cards?

Hi Oli. I'm trying to do exactly the same thing. From speaking to others the only one of the 65 that isn't available is Nien Numb. Also there are no cardbacks or mocs of the Tie Pilot so I'm guessing that it was never released but who knows. Of the others, Tusken Raider is just about impossible to locate. I don't think Gary has one so that shows how hard it must be to get!
R5 D4, Ig88, Leia original and maybe Yoda are possibly the next hardest but the remaining 50 or so aren't impossible. The Jedi cards are pretty easy but I'm pretty fussy about condition which is slowing my buying down.
It's a good run to put together and if the 65 I'm at around 40 plus a few luke and fett variations. Which reminds me that I need to update my imelight!

This is a run I tried to start a few years ago, but gave up after a few months as I was struggling to find any at all (apart from the same few we all know can be picked up easily.) Perhaps I should have been more patient, but barely any came up for sale while I was looking.

There's only 65 Oli, not 67 mate
Snaggletooth is average. I've got the tri logo back/jedi front as a filler for now.
PowerDroid is fairly hard.
Bespin guards, seen a few but they've always been pretty battered.
FX-7, fairly hard.
Dengar is pretty easy.

Variations I've managed are Luke blond & brown. Fett light blue with painted / unpainted knee and regular Fett with bubble variations.
If I wasn't so fussy about condition, I reckon I could have picked up another 7 or 8 by now.

They're all available on palitoy cards with the Tie Pilot being the exception. The majority of esb characters are on a 45c card.

I didnt realise Kenner cards were sent over to the UK with palitoy stickers on. Were there many? The reason I'm curious is that I'm sure I remember some of the figures in 1984 released on ROTJ cards too rather than Tri Logo's. Probably just my bad memory playing tricks though.

I am missing 6 from a complete run of ROTJ characters. 48 potentially (Though TFB is the mystery) are available on 45c the rest on 65 back, trilogo and trilogo hybrids.

So looks like of the first 65 they are all available apart from Nien Numb and Tie Pilot. And of the 63 that can be found, Leia Organa and Tusken Raider are the hardest and the following are also hard to find:
