i know this topic is 4 years old but i have come in to a similar situation,
i also would like to know what COO is found with 65back palitoys
it seems a lot of 45back palitoys, at least every graded one on ebay is a toy toni, all with the light grey fetts with no COO
i have searched and searched and have found only about 3 carded and non carded 65back paitoy fetts
each has been listed as HONG KONG, though all had the very dark belts would suggest Taiwan? or a variant?
one however did have a light brown belt and was indeed HK but the figure was open and loose with the cardback, no bubble. i asked the seller how they obtained it and they said they bought it from a carboot sale all together, figure/weapon/cardback
so still no real evidence
