It is missing a few bits and the box has seen better days. The R2 is complete but the prong that hold one of the legs on is broken- it can be assembled though! What do you reckon this is worth?

I reckon its probably worth sold in bits (R2, Blueprints, Box, whats left!) I would rather sell it as one though

I think it's the silver bit.


I think you have a number of options.

1. Sell as is
2. Sell bits seperately
3. Find the missing bits and sell complete


The problem with 3, is that you'll have the same difficulties as people who would buy it as it is. They all rely on people doing the second one, so 2 might be your best option.

Hey Gary, I once heard the Palitoy Droid Factory had a different R2 D2 than the kenner one.
Is that true?

I will consider parting it out, seems a shame to split it. I will have a look and see how many bits are missing. Chances are the bits missing are the smaller pieces, like the pins that hold the droids together. They are always the harder ones to find!

I dont believe they are different. Will have to check both my versions.

The Palitoy does have two different base colours; Blue and Yellow

are the missing bits the same as the kenner ones? If so there's always loads of beater kenner sets going cheap
