Palitoy 45 Back Luke Farmboy Help Required Please

A recent Vectis purchase of mine was this Palitoy 45 back ROTJ Farmboy.

It has a later square, narrow bubble, so is all correct, but I was surprised to see a raised bar COO?.

Can the experts cast their eyes over this. Is this the norm for a Palitoy Luke Skywalker?

I'm no expert but I believe I read that the majority of coo's can be found on palitoy cards no coo's , HK , Taiwan , China and melted coo's
