I've seen a graded palitoy with a "13 stamp bubble" specified. Any insights on this distinction or any causes for concern?

Hi Steve, was that the 45B Imperial Tie Fighter Pilot? If so, the 13 stamp in the bubble indicates it's a factory original not a Toy Toni suspect.
