Palace Blaster for Lando General

What do you think about the black palace blaster for lando general ?

Is it only me who have big problems with keeping the blaster in the hands on lando general ?

Ok it is a cool blaster, but I think it is to big for him.

Same problem here - the shape of the gun grip just doesn't suit the hand mold.

I am thinking what the **** were Kenner thinking when they created that figure :? Ok he is a cool figure but the blaster does not match the hand mold :shock:

True, quite frankly hands weren't Kenners strong suit! Many figures are woeful at holding their weapons - try getting Amanaman to hold that staff.

I'm not at home at present, but from memory, I'm pretty sure my Leia Hoth and Han Hoth wouldn't be holding anything were it not for good old Blu-tac (my display Han Hoth is not one of the moulds with a closed hand, clearly!)

Ive got a bespin luke that will not hold his sabre, a fett, both my big and little head han, a few others id have to a look at my display and see which ones have a bit of tac on.

Right, I've just checked and the figures which have Blu-tac assistance in my cabinet are Takara Stormtrooper, Large Head Han, Han Hoth, Lobot, Leia Hoth, Imperial Commander and Lando General... So more than I thought! My Luke Bespins hold their weapons OK, but my Luke Jedis have to hold their lightsabers by the thick edge of the hilt, rather than the thin, which my Bespins get away with :-D

I do not have a takara stormie yet so I can't write about problems with that one yet

But I have a lot of solo large head, ok not the best hand but no problems there for me there. Maybe it is the blaster, some rebel blasters have a bigger
handle than others :? I have problems with some solo Hoth so maybe I have the same problem with the handle on a rebel blaster :? I also do not have problems with any of my lobot figures. No problems here with any of my leia hoth or imperial commander.

But lando general yes big problems. Luke jedi and luke bespin problems with some of them.

Also yak faces dont like those pikes. There hands are prone too chipping!

Also be careful with with solo trenchcoat, the hands are not that happy with blasters :wink:

Luke bespin is only supposed to hold one weapon at a time he realises that in ESB. :lol:

Should find the person who set them all up for the card back photos they seemed to master all of them.
