Not techy so if anyone can advise what I do?

Have tis message in my pm box.....

You have 2 private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

Done that still no joy :?:

:lol: doesn't surprise me as it wasn't supposed to work :wink: it was just the advice IT support always gave when there was a computer techy problem at work.

So just to clarify what's the number of messages in your inbox?

So selected delete oldest messages when folder full...still no joy

So bottom right of screen press the mark all button , then above that drop down box select delete, hey presto. Took me a while to work it out too. I was going to post complaining about it but thankfully worked it out before doing so

I'm a genius :lol: seriously pleased with myself for working that out

I spec data solutions and integrated cloud telephony for a living, infrastructure...I'm fine......using the application of the technology...forget it I'm a dumb ass :lol:
