How strange! You have almost the same light, bright blue on your walls that I have in my house + seemingly the same radiator (rofl I know radiators don't differ much but sheesh! thought you had taken that picture in my house for a moment  )

It is isnt it,

Are your sheets all crusty like mine too??

You can tell it's a spare room as my missus normally kicks me in there when she's on early shifts!hence the crusts!!

Top man!!!

Browny - Quality collection of Joes you have there mate. have you been inspired to collect these with the new film being released or have you always been into GI Joes.

Grant. 8)

Hello grant

Thanks mate,no i'v been collecting joes for a few years now, those figures are my latest buys, prices have shot up a bit since the film but those figures were an absolute bargain nearly all are case fresh!

I'l be posting pics of my complete loose collection soon and some afa's i'v got arriving from the states, hope you guys will like them.

Thanks again

Stefan.

Hello josh

The joe figures can range from as little as £5.00 moc right up to about £1200 for the very rarest.People pay premiums for cobra figures (storm shadow, destro and firefly in particular) and you can also pay a packet for duke and a few of the early joes!

Loose figures to lookout for are starduster, claymore and any of the palitoy repainted versions for action force, prices range from 50p up to roughly £125 for the rarest figures.

As a kid the figures provided me with hours of fun and kind of made my star wars figs look a bit rubbish in comparison! The weapons etc were just far superior in my opinion and I believe that joes contributed hugely to the demise of the original run of star wars figures along with transformers, hasbro basically swept the rug from under kenners feet.

Thanks for taking the time to look at the photos guys,as I have said before joes are my favourite items to collect but I do like star wars almost as much which is why I joined this forum.

Cheers stef

Stef, I used to love Action Force figures.

I used to get the comic every week.

My first figures were the Red Soldier with the red armoured vehicle and the red baron, along with Stingray etc.

The early figures were the figures without the knee and elbow joints right??
Do you also collect these??

I then moved onto the figures with articulated arms and legs and the figure range grew tremendously.

What is the rarest figure now?? What's the peach of your collection??

Thanks

Stu

Hello stu

I dont really collect the stiff limb palitoy action force stuff,I will collect it when i'm finished with my joe stuff though,i'm currently buying up things like yo yo's,puzzles, board games, clothing etc etc...there is a fair bit to get through.

The rarest figures loose are starduster (mail away figure from stars cereal),goucho (gung ho v1 repaint,uk palitoy) in fact all the palitoy repaints are fairly rare to be honest and a few foreign examples.

Rarest carded figures are the initial run of non swivel joint figures and also storm shadow, cobra commander, destro, all peach fc are hard to find, plus many other foreign rarities,in particular some uk tiger force figures are difficult to track down,it is difficult to say exactly what the rarest figure is to be fair, opinions differ much like star wars collecting.

My favourite item is probably my cobra terrordrome which is an amazing toy,its still sealed in bags but the box has been opened which sucks!

My rarest item is probably storm shadow peach fc afa 80 and a mint starduster loose.

I'l get some pics up over time, thanks for taking the time to check out my previous pictures.

cheers stef
