You could never beat the view of seeing a stall/shop full of toys you loved as a kid, for me there was always something nice about walking into a run down looking indoor market with my mom and going straight to the toy stall full of cheap toys that I loved.

Unfortunately the box for this watch doesn't have the plastic tray insert :( but you can't really tell luckily until you open and look inside, so it looks very nice on display.

This is my Bullet Man from when I was a kid.
About 15 years ago I found it in the wardrobe in the spare room.
After opening it, I found the arms and head had broken off and I almost threw it away.
As it didn't take up much space, I put it back.

I almost put it on eBay least year, but got back into Action Man a little bit, so decided to keep him.

I've got the silver jet boosters, but they're in another box of stuff. I thought they were old transformers parts at first.
I've got the belt as well, but the string has since been lost as has his chest emblem.

The box is real nostalgia for me: Palitoy logo and a co-op price tag of £4.50.

Got to work this morning to find a Dreamcast on my desk, free of charge. Over the flipping moon to say the least.
I'll get better pics when it's up and running 8)

wow - a proper rarity! They all fall to pieces but it doenst effect the price that much especially as you have the box. For it to be your childhood one is even better 8)

lovely Dreamcast too Carl, never played one myself but it reminds me of when Arsenal were good

What date is this, I never seen one before, looks early 80's?

They came out at the same time as Tom Stone and Atomic Man so late 70s

This link should help with restringing

Spoons, thanks for the link, but I don't have the courage to try that myself.

My Bullet Man is dated 1975. I would have been 1 years old.
I'm thinking I was probably about 4 when I got it.
Early on my toy lines went something like cars, Batman, Spiderman, then Action Man.

I suspect I'd be the same - how about sending him to toypolloi to fix?

Oh yeah I remember now the 'invincibles' when you lost in every competition apart from the Premeir League.

I'm only messing Arsenal were the only team who knocked Man Utd off their perch without spending big, they were a great side. :)

Having a chat with my lad this weekend and he is looking for MOTU complete original He Man and Complete Skeletor eBay is the same on MOTU as everything else price wise, just wondered if anyone had any spare that they are willing to let go?

Thanks :D

I had the same issue and found mine by typing he man "lot" and got them in a bulk set, missing a sword but picked that up separately.

problem you will have is the elastic, if its corroded then the legs will be knackered, might be worth asking about checking the condition?

Thanks bud, I'll try that, not too bothered about them not standing as they will be sitting on Their cats ( which we already have  )

Whilst we're on the subject of MOTU, I've fished mine out of a box.
Faker's legs fell off as soon as I moved him so I'm now very cautious with the others.
I've got He-Mans shield with some other stuff somewhere and also some of the cardbacks.

It's odd because when I opened the box and got these out I don't feel the same as when I got my childhood Star Wars or Action Man stuff out.
I think they were the two top toys for me.

After waiting quite a while for the right one at the right price to come along it's finally happened and I've now completed my loose and boxed Indy collection! :D

Really happy with this truck as it arrived complete and in great shape with all the paperwork and a fairly nice box. It's been a while in the making putting this collection together but I took my time and enjoyed the whole journey.

Ian

I just saw this! Great looking convoy truck and congratulations on competing the Indy line Ian. So cool!

Really happy to finish this run off and the seller was also in Portland and had helped to put an Indiana Jones exhibition together from around the time of the 4th film. They had lot's of replica props that they'd made from the film so it was nice to see some of their listings.

At least this piece went to a good home and it was nice to deal with a really friendly seller.
