Other Vintage Collections

Brilliant artwork again Mike. Beaters cards/boxes don't bother me in the slightest. I would have a whole collection of beaters no problem :D

I agree Andy, as long as they are displayable with a little work then they are fine for me, adds to the whole view and perception for me, truly original, and is much kinder on the pocket.

Check this out which arrived today as well :D

ATAT arrived today...happy for £30

ATAT is in v nice condition ..no chin guns

No inserts or manual and the box is not good, but I will be able to do a bit of starching etc to square it and tidy enough for display, and have the "lived in look"
TBH on the budgets me and the lad are on , we can't go for top end and these buys are little gems to us and will proudly be displayed
Love it though

Are they tiny little thunder cats? I swear I had a tiny Lion-o and a mumm-ra as a kid off the car boot. I don't think I ever watched thunder cats but I played with those figures a lot.

Yes they are miniatures, seem to be very silly prices on eBay , picked these up cheap though
They produced a whole range of them, and you can get them as MOC s silly prices though

Have a look at the link below :D

Technically joint as my son and myself are on Motu run,

This arrived today

A couple of extras missing such as flag and a 3 toe stand, but happy as the castle is in really good condition, original instruction pamphlet, box is ok and I will do a little work on it, starch and repair but this will look good once on display.

Other than that really like it, have to do a bit of research but think its Canadian version maybe 1983

Hi bud

I will speak to my lad over the weekend, as we are having a collecting "summit meeting" , basically going through what we need to complete.

I know the weapons are missing from the weapon rack in grayskull, he needs skeletor s cat, , good set of armour for battlecat as well, that's why we need to take stock and see whats needed.

:D

I have various weapon rack weapons, ladders, the three toed training device and laser cannon. I just sold my last battle cat and panthor to Slim. Let me know what else you're after once you have taken stock....dont suppose myou have a spare randor and scareglow knocking around do you?

No mate, just bits and bobs of basic spares MOTU wise, quite a few figures that have been glued that came as part of a buy from eBay Extendar with a glued arm etc

Once I've had a chat with the lad I will let you know bud, I do know a local trader that has quite a bit of MOTU I'm seeing him this weekend as well, so ill have a look and see what he has

Thanks for the heads up bud, appreciate it

I think G1 transformers packages were some of the best around. Love the way the Decepticons and Autobot's colourings were coded.

Smashing buy Lee

very nice Lee - looks fantastic

I've just picked up a grail of mine from the early 70s - Matchbox MAC, used to be my favourite toy before Star Wars. A mountain that opened up and had loads of rescue craft. Need to hunt out a few more now
