This maybe shouldn't be posted here but In keeping with the military theme just read about this which happened at Ibrox stadium today

"More than 400 servicemen and women were invited to Ibrox for a special Armed Forces Day event.

And the match-day experience began in dramatic circumstances when two Royal Marines abseiled down the Govan Stand ahead of kick-off, before delivering the match ball to the referee".

Coming from a true Scotsman were fearless. I don't know why that is. It must be a gene were given at birth LOL. :mrgreen: Regarding WW2... My grandfather was in the RAF and flew many a mission inside the old Lancaster Bomber. He was "one of the lucky few" that survived to tell the tail. Makes me very proud to be alive.

The Evel Knievel bike and doll I had as a kid. Remember revving up the bike on a red plastic thing with a wheel (just spotted in Todd's pic - he has a blue one) the bike was mental once revved up. Was only allowed to play with it outside as my Dad told me off for scratching the skirting board paintwork with the bike and my Mum hated the noise it made - you can't win :lol:

I married a very understanding woman who was not out to change me...like so many other women out there. I do not value my toys more than her, but I expected that we would respect each others passions, likes and dislikes. Oh.....and the sex had to be spot on as well. almost 15 years later and three kids......and nothing has changed...well except a few grey hairs here and there on us.
