Other cool toys to collect???

MOTU
TMNT
Ghostbusters

I think you can pick up the TMNT Moc pretty low right now.

Also i like the Black Hole and Dune figures, even though i don't collect or never had them.

Def TMNT dude :D

Still bargains to be had with THUNDERCATS and MOTU

Quite like the thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet Mocs

Think the Simpsons stuff is worth a shot

A lot of the Vinyl stuff is worth collecting ( check Jedi June's old threads).

Muscle men!!!

BUT you know you'll always come home to the best of the best, you can't beat SW :D

This is true - Star Wars is always the best. I mean that's why we're all here ...and why the stuff is so damned expensive!

My own feeling is though that if you want value it lies with anything mint on card.

Definitely! Also mint complete loose figures. Try finding a complete AF Australian Jungle Fighter, Space Engineer or Minesweeper! The Aussie and Minesweeper are already £30+ loose.

I would love to collect some Centurions toys, they were among my favourites as a kid. Pretty cheap compared to Star Wars considering their size!

Has anyone checked out the ReAction figures? Various lines including The Goonies, Back to the Future, Pulp Fiction and horror film characters.

Had that exact toy as a kid. Never had much appeal, what could being brought up with Star Wars I suppose.

I had these as a kid. Always thought they were pretty cool and still quite affordable.

I've got a few of those Britains space figures knocking around. Loved 'em! Used to pretend the stands were hoverboards 8)

Ah! Is that what they are. Kind of remember seeing them but never owning any. There were loads of toys like that - Zoids, later Transformer lines, Thundercats, Action Jack, Ghostbusters. Went straight past those to the Star Wars or MASK or MOTU :)

I think they're great. Was given a bag of them by a lady at my mum's church when I was a kid. Loved them and got quite a few when I was a kid. Startee collecting them early 2000's.

They have a real 60's/70's sci-fi feel about them 8)

Just picked up the full set of Goonies MOCs from the US. Looks like the Mikee figure is already scarce in the UK. There is a more expensive and more detailed version of the figures that go for a lot more money

Had some of those 2 Gary. Not a patch on SW tho. Needed figure articulation like the Vintage Kenner figs. :)

True. Very different kind of toy though. Quite basic by comparison, really just slight glorified toy soldiers, which Britains were most known for producing.

The Factory was just down the road from my school as a kid 8)
