Ask him if it has the cardboard insert. If not, the price is too high.

Also ask him more pictures of everything seperate, becuase in this pic the box looks ace, but it is almost 70% hidden behind the maps and inserts....

Watch out for modern replacement parts on these as Walmart released this a few years back made from the same molds and I have heard of people scavenging the new ones to replace missing parts on vintage ones.
