on a diet tomorrow

back in training tomorrow ,really let myself go since wedding .was pressing 120 k and 13 and half stone .so cupboards full off tuna .fridge is full of eggs all booze is getting finished tonight :oops: .giving myself 2 months to drop about a stone and half .
so if anyones got any good excercises you can do at home pass em on .bikes coming out of shed as well and i,ve dug out 8 min abs dvd .has anyone done this its a ****ing killer if your not used to it and the guy on the dvd is doing it while chating away to you ass you slowly die.
another reason is i have a wardrobe full of shirts and jeans that are like new :lol: :lol:
 
I'm back in training tomorrow as well Jabba !! :wink:

Since the 1st May I have been starting and stoping dieting and exercising but tomorrow IS the day I start my summer training !! :lol:

From Monday I am back on my old 10am shift at work so if I'm really in the mood I plan to be in the gym at 7am doing weights for an hour and then when I leave work drive straight to the gym (to avoid temptation of lying down on the sofa) and do an hour of cardio at least 4 or 5 times a week !! :twisted:
 
i,m going out on mountain bike which i love then doing press ups /dips and crunches at home .wish i had some where to put a pull up bar to do my back and a punch bag would be nice .love the weights but hate the gym .also goona do a bit off .........................skipping :oops:
 
I am also going to get my bike out next week, may give it a maintenance check up tomorrow.

Our lass has joined a gym but i tend to get really bored there so am going to cycle and try the wii fit for sit ups and press ups, it cant hurt!

I've been getting back into training after some long term injuries.

Been hitting the weights again since February, but started a serious fat burning diet monday and have lost half a stone in under a week. 8)

Going to eventually get back into swimming, running and cycling by the time of my summer holiday (did I mention teachers get 6 weeks? :lol: ) as I intend to spend a lot of my time training (martial arts) so need to be in better shape.

Perhaps we should see how far we've all got by the end of the summer? That's if we haven't all given up long before then :roll: :mrgreen:
 
I run about 6 miles a week, do 1400 sit ups and play football twice a week, so I'm in pretty decent shape. Saying that I'm one of those annoying wee ****ers who is built like a twig, never puts on weight, and can run till the cows come home!

You fat boys enjoy your suffering though! :lol:
 
just been out on bike for ten mins ,****ed when i got back .when i was a kid i would go over anything on a bike ,got to our gate where there are 2 steps and i was like wow take this steady and when i got back i thought i would ride up them but bottled it and carried it up :oops:
doing sume crunches and sit ups tonight and gonna get weighed
 
Trained chest and shoulders today but couldn't be bothered with cardio as it is the day of rest plus I needed to save the energy for my big Sunday lunch !! :lol:
