Have posted this b4 I know, but there must be someone willing to hit me with a half way good price on this item?, I have been informed its worth a good £250 & is in great condition, but just hit me with your offer as I am really in need of funds for a buy asap

If it's NRFB and/or AFA high graded, I'd say it'll worth the 250, but if it was used and is in VGC, I'd say egay offers some for really less.
Tell me more about the condition ...

If it's MISB I would say it looks similar to my AFA 75,due to the tear on one end.
Based on that I would say it's worth less than the £250 you have been told,more like £175 ish.

Thanks for the input, it is indeed sealed MISB, I can do further macro photos if needed, just the tears you can see on one end panel that detract, but you don't see them when its displayed.
