None of my business how you run your business but perhaps the quickest way to nip this in the bud is to pm savoury 100 and ask him for his real name and address, then phone him and tell him what's going on with his auction wins. Be nice to him and he will probably come back on here and tell everyone what a good job you have done sorting it out. He's already said he's probably going to buy at the next one so there's no fear of driving him away.

Well said. Vectis, can I suggest that you take this to PM (Private Message). It will be more constructive than an on going discussion on here with other people chipping in.

For the record, we don't normally encourage people to include their email address or phone numbers in posts for obvious reasons. In fact, I normally edit them out. However, given the circumstances I'll leave yours in place.

Joanne at Vectis has contacted me directly now and I'm happy with her responses to my points of concern; I note they were not a complaint, merely a difference of option as to how it could/should be managed to give the best service to their many customers.

I'm certain I will be bidding on future auctions with them and they are actively looking to improve.

Hi All,

Just before this thread is locked. Could I just add that from my experience it is difficult to keep abreast of all comments, suggestions and complaints (we do try) on all forums and on the internet. In or defence we do actively take part in many forums across all genres of toys.

To help please could you contact me directly via email or pm and we will try and sort things out given the opportunity. I am not asking people not to post as all of the information good and bad is of use to users. It would be of great help to me though if I knew too and I appreciate anyone who takes the time to raise concerns with me directly too.
