i won a cloudcar and as you can see from the photo its got its box,, two minutes after i won the guy emailed me to let me know that the box isnt included..... (****in arse) ive asked him for a full refund (as i get the feeling that he wanted more for it and thought this would be a good way out),, ive not got the money yet although he said that he has sent it through paypal,,, when i checked he had sent it but then quickly stopped the process as it still shows 000 balance in my account.... what do you guys think ??

The time of when he editted the listing to say the box wasn't included is AFTER the listing has finished, so I don't see any reason why you shouldn't get a full refund. If he starts messing about just open a dispute. By the sounds of things he's ****ing you about and or wanted more money.

No, it was 2 days before.

He also stated that the box was not included in answering a question on the 4th November.

I agree that the auction photo is misleading, however, the info about the box not being included was on the auction page well before you placed your bid.

Unless the seller has another cloud car he has no need for the box so you could always try to do a deal, although the postage is only Ã'£2.50 and fully boxed it would cost double that to send.

He should have just relisted it with a new photo as people often place bids at the start of an auction :roll: He's a bit of a fool for adding the note only two days before the end as it goes to the bottom of the page and is difficult to spot at times, especially if you looked over the auction before that. He should give you a refund

I reckon he's going to sell the box separately as its a slightly rarer Canadian version.
