Hi guys, I have never tried this before and I am so tired of this, so I think a lot about giveing this guy a bad feedback and contact ebay about him.
I just want to hear if you guys would agree or if any of you know the seller ? it looks strange that a guy with this feedback can be such a bad seller :?

I bought a cardback from him on ebay the 30th last month and have contacted him many times about if he would combine if I won more of his auctions etc. etc. he never pm me back and when the last auction end I paid him the 5th this month. I have now waited 3 weeks for the cardback. The mail from sweden to denmark is 1 to 2 days. I have contacted him many times about if he have mailed my cardback and I have again not heard from him. The last time I contacted him, I warned him about contacting ebay and leave him bad feedback and that was a few days ago. I have still not heard from him :shock: I was not the only guy who won all his auctions and I can see no one else have left him good or bad feedback for the auctions they won, so I think maybe none of the others have also not received anything from him but they have not left bad feedback yet :?

Let me know if you know him or what you think and would do if you were me ?
 
Personally? I'd neg him and open a case.

Sometimes in life bad things happen to regular folk. He could have family issues or health problems. If so, eBay is going to be the least of his worries and, quite rightly, he's sorting out important stuff. If that's the case you can always retract your feedback and send him the money again.

However, if he's just a bad seller then you've got your money back and warned other people too.

Been on eBay way too long to tolerate bad sellers and I tend to treat others how I would expect to be treated myself. In this case it would be -ve feedback and a case opened.
 
Think you have given him more than fair notice - get the case opened up and escalated ASAP if you don't get a response
 
I know you want your stuff and you desrve it , when I got on ebay I way there was 49 thousand people on it , now look at it . I tolerate no bullshit , give no bullshit and take no bullshit because we live in a hobby of bullshit sometimes.protect yourself file a claim he's not your friend
 
Thanks guys, I gave him bad feedback today and tried to open a case. Ebay write

The estimated delivery date for this item is 04 Aug, 2015. If you haven't received your item by then, contact the seller through the Resolution Center.

So it looks like I can't do much more before the 4th :(

:shock: We are neighbor countries mail from denmark to sweden is normally 1-2 days and 3 days if it is very slow.
 
Am I reading the original post right, you bought this on the 30th of JUNE and Ebay are saying estimated delivery is 4th AUGUST? So FIVE WEEKS? :o :shock:

Ask them what planet they are on that they think five weeks to deliver something is acceptable. Then ask them what method of delivery it is going by, it sounds like the seller is sending it by worm!

Hopefully he has some personal issues and just isnt able to respond or deal with your item. His feedback would suggest that he is a decent seller so it would be out of character and like you say there are other buyers who appear to still be waiting. You have to cover yourself though and opening a case after this long is a no brainer, so come the 4th I'm sure you'll be doing just that.

The listing states item will be posted out after 1 day of funds clearing, did you ever get the notification that the item was posted?

As for hoping he has some personal issue obviously I wouldnt wish anything too seriously on him so am hoping it's just a minor although major anough for him to go AWOL.

If it turns out he was just being a twat then I hope his ****ing house burn downs :evil: ................. was that a bit strong :? :lol:

Thanks mumbo boy :lol: I gave him negative feedback and ebay write When a request is filed, we give buyers and sellers a minimum of 8 days to work towards a resolution :roll: I have been writing no contact and I have pm him 10 times or more :roll:

Looks like I am not the only one who have left him negative feedback, another buyer have the same problem and have left him negative feedback.

No I have not received any info about the item was posted :(
