one thing i have learnt in life is never buy a new cosole straight away ,2 reasons
1 the price allways drops after a month or 2
2 you allways here of problems with the first batch

i heard they were selling on ebay for Ã'£500 ,not checked it out though

you could get one for Ã'£300 last week but in a months time another batch are coming in to the shops so it will be Ã'£179 then

A friend got his the day on release and says it's more fun than his XBox 360 but I'll wait until the PS3 is affordable providing you can play PS2 games on it. 8)

I know the Nintendo sports games utilise the special motion way of playing but I don't think it applies to all games.

When I play games I prefer to sit back in the chair with my feet up and not get too physically active !! :lol:

I don't get time to play games these days anyway.

Having said that I just spent most of xmas day playing Football Manager 2007 on my dads PC !! 8)

I want a console thats fun to play not too serious, hence the DS i bought yesterday, just fun games that I can play for half an hour and then go do something else, I used to love games that sucked you in for days and days but just dont have the time, or the patience!

that's why i just have an arcade machine now instead of console's, all the games were designed to play for 10 mins or so which is ideal if you can't spend all day on it 8)
