New to the forum. Been SW fan for long time

I have a question as I am looking to sell a couple of items to fund further purchases

Basically looking to see how much 2002 Anakin master replicas light sabre is worth. I know it's not a lot but just some idea
Also boxed pair Sith Lords 12inch Vader Maul

I am doing this as my son is wanting to buy around 20 Original ROTJ figures then using a repro kit to card and bubble them. He is doing this purely down to cost of originals and he wants to display with ROTJ Falcon (to buy) MR Stormtrooper helmet (have) 2 MR sabres (Vader, Luke, ) already have several 12inch figs( one of Vader signed ) and a couple of posters

Any advice on the above would be appreciated

Hi Michael,

Welcome to the forum. I can't help with the lightsabre value I'm afraid, but I suggest spending some time looking on eBay and the forums for original ROTJ carded figures rather than recards. Ignoring the often ridiculous buy it now prices, you may be surprised to see how cheaply they can sell for at open auction, especially if not in perfect condition. You could buy many of the ROTJ characters for under £20 with a bit of patience. I have even spent under £10 on a few in the past. I can imagine by the time you've bought a loose figure and bubble/card kit, it won't be much (if any) cheaper than carded figures in some cases.

Have you some pics of the Master Replicas Lightsaber? What Year is it?

The 12" POTJ Vader/Maul is Nice. If you are looking to sell I might be interested so I will hold back on the valuation.

Unfortunately Repros are frowned upon here! :?

I regret couldn't tell you anything regarding the value of those items but I echo the sentiments of Edd and would avoid repro kits!

As another suggestion, have a search for vintage cardbacks with bubbles still attached. They display great and are authentic! Lee has some ROTJ one's for sale now in fact: http://www.starwarsforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14427

Hey Michael, I bought a second hand boxed 2002 Anakin master replicas light sabre in pretty good nick for £55 about a year ago, I think I did alright, so reckon you could be looking at a little bit more?

Was looking for around £75 min for light saber. And £50 min for the boxed Sith Lord 12 inch. Will do a couple of other items to bulk up the we can crack on tracking down the ROTJ figures. Will be fun

Have a Luke 2005MR. Lightsaber boxed think its SW 212. Will be keeping not selling but wondered on value ?

Rationalising what we have (loose vintage figs duplicates, loads of posters and a few quirky pieces- for example original 1977 SW music cassette tape ?)

Have quite a few E1 boxed items so they will go as a job lot

Will be looking for a decent Vader helmet at some point down the line, not in the market for the MR one due to cost.

Just like to say as a newbie yesterday and my initial posts that the responses were great and I really appreciate the time taken by all that took time out to give advice

Does anyone know about the upcoming SW fun day being held at Burnley Football Club. I have been to the last few over the years and they are ok if anyone is interested. Not like a collector fair or anything but good fun all the same

I have an emperor with a damaged card but noting like that!
