All of the last 17 figures are no COO as far as I can remember and there are no variants of them (I think)!! :wink:

All Boba Fetts are stamped CPG 1979.

Both Lumat and Paploo have no markings on them.

just picked up a luke bespin today...

it says 1980 LFL down the rear of the left leg and has a risen line under the writing kinda like a bar but not very defined.... supposed to be orange hair variant.... it is no COO.
would this be the orange hair one?

Without seeing it I'm going to say no, it sounds like a standard no COO to me - see first figure on top picture. There are many paint variations on Luke Bespin but my orange haired figure has a Hong Kong COO - figure 2.
