The stormie looks like a Poon copy, the one on the right here, same paint app flaws, same pointy legs:

Just compare it to the pics and how to distinguish the fake from the real in the link and post pics of the back
to be sure before you remove it mate.
There are lots of these fake ones around, so don't kick yourself too much, it was just a matter of time
before someone would get fooled by poon, tough to judge just going by a picture.
Some of the fake stormies also have some paint smudges on the back of the right leg, but not all.(pink and blue/green)
