Just visited a new shop that has opened about 15 mins from me.

Nice guy who runs the shop (Wayne) mainly modern stuff along with a lot of costumes.

He has a great site.

:D Thank you Stuart, much appreciated.
This is a great forum. Impressive, most impressive.

Thanks for the recommendation.

Take care.

yeah saw this place the other day but it hadnt opened yet, down my neck of the woods, good old target roundabout, went to that drive through mcdonalds and there were a bunch of boy racers doing donuts suprise suprise.

There is some cool stuff on the web site. I really like the toy where you can practice using the force.

I also really like some of the costumes. Shame they dont have the leia gold bikini on there. I could get one for the misses!! :D

anyone from here bought from this site?

Long story short............Brian's Toys (BT) have a GREAT selection of stuff and are very easy to deal with, but and it's a huge but, their prices are borderline extortion. I work on the rule of thumb that if BT's want $100 for something, then you can probably pick it up on Ebay or else where for half that. The other draw back to them is they won't put a low value on the customs form (as is entirely their right) it just means you have to bank on paying bloody customs duties and that god foresaken Parcelforce clearance fee.

FYI, BT's bought CloudCity (you should be able to find their site easily enough) a few years ago, previously Cloud City (CC) were prety cheap and would put a low value on customs, often without being asked. Now they don't. The guy who ran CC, Ron, set up another firm selling SW toys called "wormhole collectables" they are still going, although they aren't as big as BT's. I haven't bought from them so I don't know what they are like, but Ron was always a decent fella.

Here endeth the history lesson!

cheers weasel

just found his ebay site for Wormhole Collectibles, ROTJ 65-77Backs for like $40. most seem decent condition.

Alot of AFA's there which I'm not interested in.
