Well, I've gone for a case from a dealer in the US. Will end up costing about £27 a figure shipped. Gone with him as he's "sympathetic" when it comes to declared values....

I feel like it's 1995 all over again :/ Can't help but love these figures but in my heart know they're overpriced tat that will be worth a quarter of what I pay within months. And so many more to go.

If anyone knows where I can get a Luke X-Wing and an R5-D4 for less than the stupid £50+ on eBay please do give me a shout.

Yeah, £25.99 I paid from Forbidden Planet.
This is the only one I wanted at that price point.

That's not bad for FP as a mark up. These should be £20 all day but they and TRU seem to have the market seen up.

At least the Droid will be available. Looks like I'll have to spend a ridiculous £80 to get one shipped from the US. I take it these were around $25 at the show?

Hey,
I have brought many things from US via gsp & yes the price you receive at end of auction includes all charges or risk of charges to the UK.The price is a little higher but worth it imo.And yes i to have already looked at LXP from US.. Crazy money but that's exclusives these days as you probably know!

Excellent, thanks mate and welcome :)

That's not so bad then. If you consider the cost of the shipping the Pitney Bowes repacking then £17 for the GSP seems pretty reasonable.
