Hi,
On the intro page I was asked to share a few pics of my SW Den that I mentioned, so here are a couple (sorry not the best quality) to get the ball rolling, I'll post up a few more as time passes though.
No single character focus etc, my love of the toys comes from a childhood collection which was sold off which I immediately regretted, that then turned into c25 years of trawling through boot fairs, the odd convention/toy fair, shops (when they still existed!) and of course eBay.
If I have a focus at all, Since completing the basic full set (variants aside) of loose figures Its trying to get a full set of boxed vehicles (not yet concerned with which of SW, ESB, ROTJ box it is) and play-sets and to that end, I'm pretty close... few difficult bits to get and I guess will always be looking for upgrades on quality, although generally speaking I've been lucky with what I have so far condition wise.
Only repro stuff I have is a couple of weapons, capes and a couple of box inserts (all R marked).

Some of the lose figures a little closer up.. can't quite decide on a perfect order to rack them in though... I welcome any ideas!

Finally, a few MOCs:

I don't really collect MOC, but I have picked up a few on the rounds, the majority of these (8?) were all scored in the early 1990s at 'The American Adventure'. My brother visited on a school trip and the next day I took off work and drove all the way to buy ONE of each.. .yes, I said one of each.. they had dozens of each and I only bought one.. Still punching myself on a regular basis over that one!

Clearly they are all average quality at best, but still love 'em just the same! :-)

Nice collection mate. Looks like you have a definite direction for it.

Is the vcj real or repro?

If loose is your thing you will find quite a few sellers if high quality loosies here.

Welcome to the forum.

Just saw you are in Wiltshire.

Depending on where, you might want to look at this:

Fantastic collection there!

Love the MOC. Thats looks like a Great bubble on that FX7. Nice Bib Fortuna Tri which is seldom seen and nice Clipper Squid there

If your unsure Clipper was a toy company who distributed imported SW Toys to Belgium and Holland and their has also been evidence of them being found in a few other European countries. Nice Piece :)

Thanks!
VCJ is indeed sadly a repro cape... I have very little repro stuff though, two or three box inserts (all marked R), a couple of the figures weapons, the capes for the snow troopers in the display (there are 10 of them), but thats about it.

Oh yes. Look out for the forum tshirts and don't be shy in saying hello.

You will have a great day there. Dave tree is a legend.

I'm glad you posted more photos. You're den is indeed a Star Wars haven, and your back story is very familiar on this forum.

Great collection dude. Looking forward to meeting you at FF.

THANKS GUYS!
The cabinets are actually just the standard IKEA billy bookcases with their half glass doors.. it does the job well and unlike the contents, didn't cost a great deal ;-)

whats your fav piece bud?

Have a few favourites actually that I really enjoy looking at and handling, so I couldn't name just one, here are my highlights:

- Boxed SW landspeeder, original inserts, instructions and unused sticker sheet.
- Boxed SW Dewback, wonderful box and toy is in great condition too.
- Hammerhead is my favourite figure and always was as a kid too, so him as a loosie, MOC (recent purchase through the forum) and the GG version are all favourites.

So, it seems unknowingly (till typing that list) I might have a thing for Tatooine and its inhabitants!
