My only Star Wars picture

Great picture Andy

We used to get a pillow case of presents on Christmas day too :D 8)

Do you think back then we loved our toys more than current children do?

I find it's hard sometimes to differentiate the nostalgia of now from the actual feelings as a child.

No kid loved his action man more than me, that didn't stop me from burning him at the stake though

All my toys went back in there boxes and I never burnt anything, I guess that says a lot about me today too. :D

I too had a load of Action Man, including Armoured car and the large Jet.

I can remember every single toy I ever had. I even kept a day to day Paddington diary (with pencil) for a few years so I know what I got for which Christmas and birthdays. My mum never made me throw anything away so I pretty much kept every toy (including cereal cards and toys) right up to adulthood except my Star Wars :( and ZX81 :( (which were sold to get the ZX Spectrum). I then proceeded to sell off most of my legacy on ebay. I must admit because I kept everything in such good condition and my mum had a habit of buying quality toys in the sales I ended up getting thousands over the years for it, of course I wish I hadn't sold it now!

I so wish I had pictures of myself with such great toys but I'm glad somone has ,great pictures seriously touching all us 70s kids :D
