Can't see a great deal from that picture but that darkness surrounding the bubble screams reseal/custom to me..

here is Steve's as a comparison, I know LL were slack in the production compared to Kenner but I can't say I have seen that kind of darkness around any other LL moc (looks like glue or tape or just a contrast between tape and a light cardback copy)

If it is supposed to be real some better pictures would go a long long way ! Sorry about doubting the authenticity of your figure!

If i had a suspect MOC i would want it to be questioned by fellow forum members.

Jango as Joe said some more pictures would really help out mate 8)

The background colour behind the bubble is supposed to be yellow but it appears Jangos is almost orange (that could be the photo though) and it also appears to be shorter, unless they were knocking out Chewbaccas in two different heights..

More pictures please!

Joe,

as soon as i saw the first pic i was not sure if it was original or repro and i was going to post a pic of mine to judge it against.

The background to the figure should be the same colour as the name bar and i also picked up the colour of the bubble seal. The other thing that i thought was that of the shape and size of the bubble. More pics please when the new camera arrives.

Here is what I picked up

The bubble seems the wrong size.

The yellow background with the race track around it looks way to short I.e half of chewies head is sticking above it. Also the colour seems wrong as steve said it should be same as the name plate.

The bubble seal is very dark.

its looks to me like a recard. Possible an original LL cardback where someone has used printer paper to repair the original damage from the figure been removed then recarded the figure using a Repro bubble.

More pictures are defo needed

hmm, i got it ages ago (cant remeber the ebay sellers name) he said that "as far as he knew it was moc", so i was always 50/50 on it, still nice to have either way.... as soon as i get a new camera i will post more photos....

Bubble looks dodgey! :?

A seller with a reply like that would always worry me! But then I am a cynical ****er, at the best of times.
