ive got one of those orange bootlegs chewies its dated lfl 1990! its one of my fav none original figures

Jimmy, thanks for the pic mate. I have seen this one before and i beleive one of the big american collectors has this locked down.

Who knows maybe one day it will become available and it will find its way to my display cabinets.

As I said before, sweet set up. It really displays well. I've seen far too many spend TONS on toys and then skimp on dispay. It really can make or break a collection.

And now i know who has it and your inside info on the fact that they hardly ever sell stuff.

But i have an extensive want to buy list that will keep me going for a while.

Thanks for the comments on the display. I wanted to get this sorted out as soon as i moved into my new house and has cost me a fair bit. I am running out of room though so may need to consider another cabinet in the new year.

@the hesler - not all of my MOC are graded. The ones that are not AFA graded are in AFA style Oscar Cases.

I have not been buying much since the end of 2009 as i was made redundant but i have my fingers crossed for a job that i have gone for. Down to the last 3 and waiting to hear if i am going to make the final interview.

Just being around the forums again has made me realise why I was collecting in the first place, but I have started the sale so it will continue.

The loose figures give me an easy way back in so we will see how we go but for now it's gonna get sold.

Keep the loose figures mate even if you sell anything else, it will be a connection to what you loved and will hopefully be start to a new collection one day.

Pomse - if I remember correctly this took me about 4 to 5 years of serious collecting and some serious cash. I was lucky to make some great friends all over the world and when items came up they would let me know.

I dont keep in contact with them as much as I should and now it has almost all been sold off. Went into 12", ships and japanese items after this and now I am selling this stuff off as well.

Keeping the loose - who knows I may be back.

Just when I think I've seen awesome collections then bang another cool one lol. Man I have to say I see a lot of impressive collections on this forum. This chewie focus is top! Chewie is def a cool figure to focus. Takara chewie & a sealed case of bandolier straps wowzers. Much props to you and good luck adding more stuff to your already amazing collection.
