My Avatar photo gone missing?

can't see it, using normal windows10 explorer, have noticed this before with some avatars

I think it might be a weird file format as I can't see it either, all other avatars seem to be working. I have re-saved it, try using this version:

Avatar is ok on desktop using windows but nothing on iPhone! Will try Edd'a new file!!
