So I was away last week with the kids during half term and decided to take them on an educational visit to a historic home which also had a toy museum before embarking on a more adventurous trip to Alton Towers, the calm before the storm.

I had a sneaky feeling we'd come across some vintage sw goodness and we did :) but was a little surprised to discover that for years we have been displaying some of our figures with the wrong accessories :?

So please all take a good look at the picture below to ensure you are displaying your Darth Vader and Yoda figures with the correct accessories, because a museum has to be right, doesn't it

I even went as far as telling the museum officials they should display a plaque stating that it was a rare dt lightsaber and asked for them to accredit me with the knowledge as I was a renowned expert in the field

Even Yod has a Luke Bespin saber. Cool find 8) We went in a toy museum in Edinburgh a couple of months ago and i was surprised by the lack of SW toys. They did have a cool Raleigh Burner though :D

That's one minty looking luke bespin though.

I've got pics from a toy museum in Bethnal Green which did actually have an impressive vintage sw display mocs an all 8) well worth a visit if you want some 70's and 80's nostalgia :)
