Anyone had any good mortgage deals recently? we are due a renewal and best i can find is a 5 year fixed at 2.9% with £500 fee.

or Tesco 5yr at 3.1% with clubcard points lol

these are with 70-75% LTV.

bloody hate mortgages i clicked on interest only payment and saw £212pm interest, so im determined to pay a load off might have to sell some treasures.

but our rate is like 4% or something. i didn't pay attention. halifax it is. and they pay our stamp duty. win.
