More Repro Figures To Come

I wish you good luck on your custom work, as a sculptor i know the hard work that goes into creating art, i have no problem with you making your customs, you have said you will not make any repro of original figures, i hope you stick to that
As for mr Orme, well he is not well liked on here and a lot of people me included worry about his work damaging the hobby, that view is not going to change anytime soon.

The fact is...there is a post on FB with an image of the bell display. You ask him if the images worked for him for that. You must be supplying him images for other uses than your custom work. I am far to lazy to take a screen shot of that. You have expressed in the above that you have no problem with repro. This for me equals a problem.

You still have yet to answer Richards question Have you supplied images of Kenner packaging or Store displays or bits of said images to Darren Orme? 1) answering your and Richard´s question, NO, I HAVENT SUPPLIED HIM PICTURES OF ANY BOXED STAR WARS KENNER TOYS, NOT PROMOTIONAL ITEMS LIKE THE BELL YOU MENTION, NOR PARTS OF ANY REAL KENNER VINTAGE PACKAGE, NOR ANY STAR WARS VINTAGE PACKAGE. I thought that was clear. You will have to keep looking for the source, Im not.

What I supplied him were the pictures I mentioned before, pictures that I took at his request OF MY OWN FIRST 12 STAR WARS ACTION FIGURES IN LOOSE CONDITION, pictures that he didnt used, I already explained that very clearly: HOW THE CONTACT WAS PRODUCED AMONG US, THE EXTENSION OF HIS REQUEST AND WHAT I GAVE HIM, I still have the photos in my computer, do you want to see them?. There is no crime in taking pictures of my own property and give them to him. About that bell, I strongly understand he doesnt had a real scan of the promotional bell you mention, and matter of the problem, so he was trying to design one from scratch in photoshop. Can a homemade promotional bell made with photos of the figures of other guy qualify as a "REPRODUCTION". Dont think so. That is more a college science project.

Of course I sent him the sketches, images and instructions for the design of my own box for my sandtrooper project, but I guess that does not qualify to your inquiry.

The problem is you state that as a fact, so I must ask you, do you have proof? real evidence? not just circunstancial screen captures of a different secenario that work for your twisted theory?

A simple yes or no is not enough for me, I dont think in binary. Please watch the image I attached, that is an very old one, When I was designing my project I divided it in assortments of 12 plus a "redeemable" mail away figure. That old picture is the proof. It has been uploaded and circulating for more than a year as a final version and the first renders appeared 2 years ago, and show how I envision a new catalog insert with my figures.
