fergie , since 2003 , hasn't done to bad. when beckam was sold, ronaldo, smith and howard didn't cost as much as real paid, and this season ruud, mikel and a couple of the fringe players financed carrick and the goalie from west brom( not even going to try and spell it). i know rooney was expensive but he's rooney :lol:
