Memorabilia March 2012

WOW Chris! That is a fantastic piece of art work there! Nice work!
Ed - WOW your werent lying mate - Awesome haul of Lego there 8)

I also throught this time most of the dealers (excluding Jim stall was reasonably priced. I know is not vintage but I mean £150 for a MiSB Legacy Falcon at Toy Fair? I have seen them sell for £270 excluding postage on ebay. :? I can gurantee if I hadnt gone as any early bird I would never have had the chance to buy it!
The only real one was a MIB Palitoy Slave 1 for £250!

Just got off the phone from Chris, he is going to send a picture of Jims stall to post for you lot.... Get ready, a feast of vintage is on it's way

Heres is Jims stand:

Is that Jim, Ed?

How much was he asking for the Collect all 79?

Nice pictures Liam, your camera is much better than your last one mate lol

Don't lie Liam!!

From memory it was in the £750-850 region Joe. And that is indeed the man himself ;)

Glad people had a good time...its depressing missing these events and the fun and the meeting up but its just a bit too far away for me to get to, I do manage to make all the london events though like the media and the london comic con so hopefully can meet up with some guys there

Well it was nice to be dragged out of retirement and see the crew again. For me all this is social now as a hefty chunk of my collection I think is going/gone except for some sentimental pieces. Maybe I might start again along the line when real life stuff is more straightened out. I am likely to be their in November possibly with a stall too!

So will you be bringing your Mary Poppins bag to the November one? I couldn't make this one, please tell me there were no Trilogos were getting.

Went to today's session and I think it was one of the best march men's in a long time. Comic com was also on, which helped with numbers and folk in costumes.

Had a chat with Dave tree and my son chased stormtroopers with a balloon sword - was that you nurnsy?

Just bought a couple of mego figs for me and the kids loaded up on toys, but I'm now saving for Jim Stevenson's die cast tie bomber. His prices were very reasonable Joe, I'm sure he used to be a lot more pricey

He Used to be more pricey! Ok ok its mint mint and mine isnt but for the Palitoy Land of the Jawas he want £1200! I paid no were near that for mine.

For a Boba Fett Mailer which didnt even have all the paperwork he wanted £250?

Glad you all had a good time. I haven't been to a March mem in ages! Whenever I've been and Jim's there I've always found his prices way over the top and wouldn't budge on prices at all. Shame really as he has some very nice stuff

Lucky I'm after different things

Paid eBay prices for my Megos, and the carded figs I asked after were well priced
