Hey guys i have seen a "Meccano" carded jawa figure, not sure what one is since never sen this kind before, are they worth buying? do they hold there value?

Hi Scott. Meccano figures are French. They are fairy scarce EXCEPT for Jawa and Obi Wan which are as common as muck.
Their is a Meccano Yoda for sale at the moment for 2500 Euros on TIG 8)

Hey thanks for the info, there is one on ebay with a buy it now of £50.00 and i didn`t know if it would be a good investment, i have sent the guy a question since i can`t see a blaster inside the bubble, but if they are very common i think i will stay away, but i am greatful for the advice.

£50 a good price though Scott, that's what I sold mine for, if its in good nick, love the squared off smaller cards, I think they look ace, just a shame they only did a few with the smaller cards & then switched to the cards we are all more familiar with.

Hey thanks for that, well i will see if he gets back too me about the blaster issue i have, and then maybe i will take a punt, the Jawa does look shabby in the bubble compared too the carded Jawa`s i have.

It was the 3rd listing for that figure. I had seen it listed twice before without a BIN price but with a reserve which wasn't met.
Initially he only had the first photo listed. Then i asked him about the weapon and the back of the card. He assured me that everything was all good.

Hi mate, tbh I was put off it when Liam said the jawa's were common as muck 
he had a buy it now price of £50.00 which I think someone bought it for, trouble with me is I'm like a man possesed I just buy any carded stuff and I need too calm down and find a balance.

It is common...but not as common as some Kenner carded figures that sell for way more. It's nice to have one added to your collection.
