In the meccano handbook it's rated 3 out of 5 Death Stars for rareness but couldn't give you a valuation for it

Couldn't agree more, really fond of the solid dome cardback designs too.

Have you tried asking on the French Facebook groups? They are usually very in touch with this sort of thing.
£500 seems low to me to be honest, I've seen much more common or less desirable Meccano Jedi MOCs sell for around that so would assume R2 would be higher. Also I believe most French collectors think solid dome R2 on both Jedi and Trilogo cards is not a miscard, that's how it was intended apparently.
