Meccano luke & stormtrooper help

Need some help, I'm in Marseille now and chanced upon a toy shop selling vintage loose SW. I am interested in a stormtrooper and a luke farm boy. The owner assures me that they came off meccano cards but the COO for stormtrooper is 3 line Hong Kong and luke is 3 line china. Can these be meccano? I thought stormtrooper should be made in Macau and luke 3 line blank raised bar?

Any help appreciated.

I can only speak for the Luke, it is meant to be a blank raised bar COO.

Stormtrooper is it made in Macau?

I was looking thought Stephane's Meccano & Trilogo book last night and a lot of the figures sold in France (Europe?) were made in MACUA/MACAO however only a few have this written on the actual COO (examples like Logray/Biker Scout), where as a lot of the others figures were NO COO's. Other than that I can't help as I'm no expect on Euro figures
