Ok guys have any of you been reading some of the new marvel star wars comics ? and what do you think about them ?

I just got my first 5 yesterday and hope to read them very soon

I LOVED the first 2 issues of Star Wars but didn't really enjoy the 3rd that much.

Princess Leia was ok

And the Darth Series has been great. I wasn't looking forward to it when it was announced, but its been fun

I was surprised to see there is no clone wars etc. etc. in the comics. I am glad the stories is about the old guys and girls from the vintage days

I think Marvel comics were smart enough to know that more Clone Wars won't sell. Instead they went back to the real Star Wars universe and made one of the best selling comics of all time.

As a comic collector it amazes me how many copies have sold of this book. For reference a normal, good selling comic can shift around 100,000 copies. The first printing of Star Wars #1 was more than 10 times that and they have already sold out of 2nd, 3rd and 4th printings. Its insane
