Mark Poon at it again

I've bought a couple of these in the past for my young son (bad Ian!!), both of which have had one of their legs broken off in no time as well as one of their hands. Just goes to show that they certainly aren't made as well as the vintage ones.

I also noticed that the Vlix's he had up for sale on RS are now also on sale on ebay. I didn't think that would take long and I bet in years to come someone tries to sell one of the these as a prototype of the way Kenner were thinking of doing the packaging.

Oh well, it's a never ending cycle.

Ian

Doesn't hurt every now and again to remind people and also give the newer members who don't know the heads up on the parasite that is mark poon-tang.

Him and the replicummer eh Todd?

More of the first poon wave trooper, sigh.

If I remember correctly these 1st wave are better constructed and don't have the glued in hands which can easily be pulled out.

It makes you wonder what he's planning next, I'm amazed no ones yet done the first 12 with a repro stand ;(

The scary thing is ...he has access to an actually printing company. If he were to say..have them print up cardbacks for these, then have his manufacturing firm heat seal the bubble to them........it would create the biggest **** storm ever.

Although he has not done heat seals with his Vlix's...so maybe he has some small amount of guilt.

He will soon release a set of 12 backs, whether it be Palitoy / Kenner and people will grab them. Ive said all along he would do that, and i think he will. I was curious a while back and bought a Palitoy trooper, and it is near identical to the real mccoy. There are marks on the card, but he has perfected certain aspects...
