I've got a question I should know the answer to by now.............but I don't.
My initial question is, what is meant by 'clipper'?
Also, can someone post up a reference list showing manufacturer by country.

ie,

Lili Ledy - Mexico
Kenner - America

etc, etc

I for one, would find this interesting and useful :D

Clipper was a Dutch manufacturer

Some others....

Glasslite - Brazil
Top Toys - Argentina
Kenner - USA
Palitoy - UK
Meccano - France
PBP / POCH - Spain
Takara - Japan
Toltoys - Australia
Parker - Germany
Lili Ledy - Mexico

popy (baggies) - japan
basa - peru

"Clipper BENELUX", was the company that distributed Star Wars Kenner toys in Belgium (BElgium), Holland (NEtherlands) and Luxembourg (LUXembourg) in the vintage era

I knocked this up a while back and just made a few additions as I went along, I used it as a reference when I was trying to put together an international focus.

Love all the different logos, if I've missed any let me know and I'll update it.

Sweet thanks AJ, are Model Trem considered licensed product or are they bootlegs?

If you add model trem then you going down the bootleg path, so uzay etc....

Does GDE count?, isn't that just French for Star Wars or something??

Other bootlegs...

Gwiezdne Wojny - Poland
Model Trem - Brazil
Uzay - Turkey
Csillagok Haboruja - Hungary
