Never having kidnapped anyone (or ever planning to do it) but IF I did/had the first thing I would do is dye their hair and cut it (as you see them do in all the Hollywood films) so at a glance no one would suspect.
The chances of the kidnappers walking about with her, without having altered her appearance are, unfortunately, pretty slim.
