Were some Kenner items made in Spain?

I have a made in Spain walrus man moc and greedo moc. My understanding is they're not that rare, but I could be wrong?

Greedo, red snag, hammerhead and wally all come on made in Spain cards. My understanding is that if this figure was loose it would be referred to as a PBP figure. Also, the red snag often comes with the wrong blaster on this card, normally a bespin blaster.
That's it, I have no more knowledge on it!
