Made in Mexico/ Ledy confusion

Hi, im so confused about this mexico/ledy lot! I have a squid moc that i bought (from plantman i think) that says made in mexico. I understand that ledy figures are made in mexico, but is there a difference? My squid has kenner on the card, so who made it? :?
Secondly, how many moc figures are available with made in mexico on the back? I know of squid and yoda so far, any others?
Thirdly, what would a geniune production mould of a ledy figure be worth? Ive also been offered a "white figure with paint samples" Again, its ledy! Oh, and a 12" Jawa too! I think these are going to be expensive.....any idea of guide prices? The two preproduction items sound amazing.

as the production increased at the Ledy factories in mexico they started using kenner parts/cardbacks/overstocks and extra demands ect.

Effectively a MIM (made in mexico) is from the ledy factory but you can get them with kenner figures on them.

most often they are ledy figures on kenner cardbacks, may even be possible to have a ledy figure and kenner weapon, you just have to look for the signs depending on the figure itself.
