I am not sure but to me it looks like the circle is on the handle on that blaster.

Do they also make that blaster now in repro with that circle on the handle ? I have seen they make the black one as repro with the circle on the handle. But never seen it on the grey :?

Yeah - looks like a standard palace blaster - devalues the item by about £15.00

Also looks like the arms have been forced through the belt holes in the cloak, like many others!
