Luke Stormtrooper

Hi folks! I am fairly new to collecting vintage star wars figures. I have recently purchased a luke stormtrooper off ebay, and although the listing states 'original' accessories I am unsure with regards to the helmet. It does match all original pictures (rough inside, no circle on the rear) but does have two black paint marks on the rear of the helmet. Can anyone please enlighten me as to the originality of the helmet? Thank you. Andrew

I actually got a luke stormtrooper helmet that had been cut off a real Stormie, sold as 'original' on ebay ofc :lol:

Hopefully yours is slightly more legit than that :twisted:

Looks very much like a hollowed out stormtroopers head, sorry hope you didn't pay to much for it. Would it be too late to request a refund?

I could be wrong but it doesn't look good to me.

Usually it is fairly smooth inside and has a round circle inside the helmet at the top. That looks like it has had the insides scraped out.

Like I said, I may be wrong. Maybe wait for a few more people to comment.

Anything for a few quid, I wonder how long it takes to do??

£3-£4 for a Stormtrooper, plus all the time and effort of scraping all the insides out, taking all the pictures, then listing fees, paypal fees, petrol to the post office, worth it??

I agree with these two, the bottom of the helmet looks very rough, the inside also looks very messy. Like has been said, should be nice and smooth with a small indent circle ont he inside at the top.

100% a hollowed out Stormtrrper head - the haven't even done a decent job of it - you should out the seller as well
