Luke lightsabre without letters

Hi all

I have a first 12 Luke from the states, which came with a lightsabre with flat transition and thin tip, but no letters on the hilt

Does anyone know if any early sabres had no letters, or is it likely repro?

I mean first 12 issue ideally...it was sold as original, but looking on variant villain i cant see mention of original sabres with no letters

Thanks, I was being a bit thick, looks like I have an M3...so not quite first 12 but close
